Supporting people on their path to maturity, Rudran is trained in, and offers a variety of modalities including elements of Aikido, counselling, rebirthing, breath work, body/energy work, shamanic and tantric practices, and enjoys coming together in a way that is rich with Spirit.  
Offering Private Sessions for individuals (Sunshine Coast venues dependent on session requested), and Lounge Room Sessions, where Rudran can facilitate small workshops such as rebirthing or a talk on conscious relating, for small groups in the venue of your choice.
